Charles is very informed about not only physical training but also well versed in nutrition. During our firstweek of training he went over eating habits, but also set up tangible goals for me to strive for. Charles not only focuses on your physical health but also your mental, emotional, and social health. He has adjusted our workouts to reflect full body sessions based on my time constraints. He knows how to push me to my limits without me getting frustrated. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is serious about improving their physical, mental, and emotional health.
